- DOCTORS BANS MUSHROOMS DURING PREGNANCY
Doctors usually advised to not eat mushrooms during pregnancy because they are warm and hot in nature and may cause harm to your body. Therefore, if a woman is expecting, she should avoid mushrooms.

Although dishes of mushrooms are very tasty, mushrooms get spoiled easily. They get bad easily. You can tell if mushrooms are bad when they are smelly, shriveled, dried, colorless, blemishes, mold ets rotten, and many rotten signs. So, I always prefer fresh and edible mushrooms from farmers. You should be aware of the consequences of spoiled mushrooms.
Although mushrooms have great advantages, they also have disadvantages. So, you should eat mushrooms sometimes only fresh and directly from the knowledgeable farmers who have knowledge of good mushrooms.
